Vetro Refill Subscription — Terms

By subscribing to a Vetro refill plan you agree to the following:

Recurring billing. Your card is charged automatically each cycle for your selected refill plan (subscribers save 20% on refills) until you cancel. Billing recurs on the same date each cycle.

Pause, skip, or cancel anytime. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account portal or by emailing support@buyvetro.com. Changes take effect from your next cycle; a refill already billed and dispatched for the current cycle is not refundable, but you keep the product sent.

Renewal reminder. We email a reminder before each renewal charge to the email on your order, so you always have time to pause, skip, or cancel.

Refunds. Charges already billed and dispatched are non-refundable. If you cancel before your billing date, you won't be charged again.

Charged after cancelling? If you believe you were charged after cancelling, email support@buyvetro.com within 14 days and we'll review your account log and correct any genuine error.
