Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for choosing Vetro. Here's how shipping works.
Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery estimate. Standard delivery is 4–10 business days after dispatch. Times may vary with location, customs, and carrier conditions. Shipping is free on all orders.
Tracking & proof of delivery. Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched, and delivery is confirmed by carrier scan. Please allow 2–5 days after dispatch for tracking to begin updating. For refill bundles and higher-value orders, delivery may require signature or photo confirmation.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order: please contact us at support@buyvetro.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always locate the parcel or resolve the issue faster than a bank dispute, which can take weeks. Most "missing" parcels are found at a safe-place, with a neighbour, or delivered within 48 hours.
International orders. Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Order changes. To change a shipping address, email support@buyvetro.com as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
