Refund & Return Policy

At Vetro, we’re dedicated to delivering premium-quality pet grooming products and a smooth customer experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do everything we can to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You include proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at support@buyvetro.com with your order details and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Gift cards or final sale products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buyvetro.com with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email support@buyvetro.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
